I’m Chriestiena, a counsellor offering Walk & Talk, Online counselling sessions and In-person, rooted in presence, cultural understanding and an integrative approach. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices, guided by both evidence and lived experience.
My approach is also informed by my personal grounding in contemplative and spiritual practices, creating a calm, attuned presence that supports deep, heart-led healing.
